What you do
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring and transitioning our small and medium-sized businesses into the industry segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to create tailored financial solutions for SMEs.
- Active acquisition of SME clients through deal origination and term sheet pitching to clients.
- Credit proposals to cover financial and industry analysis, credit risk recognition, mitigation and cashflow projections.
- Deepen existing portfolio relationships and increase share of wallet through curated financing solutions.
- Proactive management, supervision and monitoring of portfolio of customers onboarded
- Embrace Digitalization and Support Group Strategies
- Ensure compliance of banking polices and business processes
Who you are
- Degree holder in Finance, Business, Banking or related discipline
- Min 2 years business banking experience
- Well-versed in Trade Finance and other Business Banking products
- Driven, energetic and quick to learn
- Results oriented & independent team player
