Freelance Graphic Designer — Naive Media
Naive Media is building its freelance creative team and is looking for talented Graphic Designers to work with us on client and creator projects.

This is a Freelance / Contract position, not a full-time salaried role.
There is no fixed monthly salary or guaranteed monthly income.
Payment is project/deal-based and depends on the design work assigned to you.
Payment for completed work will be processed after Naive Media receives the corresponding payment from the client, subject to the agreed project terms.
Work availability may vary depending on active client projects.
Selected designers will become part of Naive Media's freelance graphic design team and may receive projects based on their skills, availability, portfolio, and client requirements.
Rates/payment for each project will be communicated and agreed upon before the work begins.
What You'll Do
Create graphics for social media, brands, creators, campaigns and other digital content.
Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, banners, promotional creatives and other marketing materials.
Follow creative briefs, references, brand guidelines and client requirements.
Maintain consistency in visual style, branding and overall design quality.
Create designs that are visually engaging and suitable for the intended platform and audience.
Make revisions based on client/team feedback.
Deliver designs within agreed deadlines.
Communicate clearly regarding progress, requirements and blockers.
What We're Looking For
Strong graphic design skills and a portfolio/showcase of your work.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma or similar tools.
Good understanding of typography, composition, colour, branding and visual hierarchy.
Ability to follow references and creative direction.
Attention to detail and consistency.
Reliable communication and turnaround.
Previous experience designing for brands, creators or social media is a plus.
