ServiceNow Functional Consultant – Fully Remote
Empiric are supporting a leading Nordic organisation on a critical ServiceNow and ITSM transformation programme.
This is a high-priority opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow Functional Consultant / Senior ITIL Process Consultant to support a major enterprise transformation, with a strong focus on ITIL process design, process harmonisation and translating business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, process owners and ServiceNow delivery teams to analyse existing processes, identify gaps and pain points, define future-state processes and support the development of practical, standardised operating models across multiple teams and service areas.
Key Skills & Experience
Strong ITIL / ITSM process consulting experience.
Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Configuration, Asset, Service Level, Event and Major Incident Management.
Current-state and future-state ITIL process design.
ServiceNow functional requirements and process translation.
Process harmonisation across multiple teams, domains and service towers.
Process governance, controls and operating models.
KPI definition and continual service improvement.
Nice to Haves
ServiceNow implementation or transformation programmes.
CMDB and foundational data.
ServiceNow instance consolidation.
Telecom, fibre, energy or infrastructure environments.
eTOM / multi-domain service management.
ITIL certification.
