Role Purpose The Senior Architect drives the architectural design of projects — from design development through construction documentation. This role requires both design sensibility and technical rigour, ensuring that the architectural intent is beautifully conceived and precisely buildable
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design development for assigned projects
Prepare and review architectural drawings — plans, sections, elevations, and details
Develop construction documentation packages — GFC drawings, schedules, specifications
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants for design integration
Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals for architectural elements
Conduct site visits to verify architectural execution quality
Guide and review work of junior architects and draftspersons in the team
Participate in client design presentations and respond to design queries
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Drawing delivery: All architectural drawings issued per programme — zero delays to site
Quality: Zero site-rejected drawings due to design errors
Coordination: All consultant coordination completed before GFC drawing issue
Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of architectural design experience
High-rise residential experience mandatory
B.Arch qualification
Expert proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit / BIM preferred
Strong detailing skills — facades, joinery, material interfaces
