Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Janakpuri. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of housing finance customers, including prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up with potential borrowers. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer needs, explaining loan products and terms, supporting documentation and application processes, coordinating with credit and operations teams, and ensuring timely disbursal of loans. The role involves maintaining strong, long-term relationships through regular contact, addressing queries and concerns, and providing post-disbursal support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The Relationship Manager will also track sales targets, prepare periodic reports, comply with regulatory and company policies, and represent MRHFL’s values and customer-first approach in the local market.
Qualifications
Strong customer relationship management, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills to build trust and close housing finance deals.
Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and achievement of set targets in financial services or related sectors.
Ability to understand housing loan products, basic financial concepts, and risk awareness, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
Proficiency in local language and good command of English, with clear verbal and written communication suited to diverse customer segments.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort working on-site, visiting customers, and collaborating with branch, credit, and operations teams to deliver seamless service.
Prior experience in housing finance, banking, NBFCs, or retail financial services is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
