Legal Counsel – Employment Law (all genders)

Advise and support ABOUT YOU on individual and collective employment law matters, including related areas such as employee data protection
Act as a point of contact for our HR department on a wide range of employment-related agreements in both German and English and handle employment law disputes
Provide employment law support in complex national and international transactions and restructurings
Support our department through legal research and preparation, as well as by contributing to ongoing projects and transactions
Work closely with internal stakeholders across different departments as well as external law firms
Work directly with and regularly exchange with the Director of Legal & Compliance
Successfully completed law studies and passed both German State Examinations; ideally with at least one exam graded “fully satisfactory” (vollbefriedigend) or above
2+ years of relevant professional experience, e.g., at an internationally operating law firm or an international company
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Strong affinity for technology and a keen interest in quickly familiarizing yourself with new digital and legal topics
Structured and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to quickly grasp complex matters and communicate them in a clear and comprehensible way
Strong team player with flexibility and initiative, and an interest in working with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic and international environment
