Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Artificial Intelligence Programmer role based in Bengaluru. The Artificial Intelligence Programmer will design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to support intelligent energy operations, with a focus on pattern recognition, neural networks, and NLP-driven insights. Day-to-day work includes building and optimizing software components, integrating AI models into cloud-based platforms, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate operational requirements into robust technical solutions. The role involves data preprocessing, training and validating models, performance tuning, and documenting AI workflows and APIs. The programmer will also contribute to experimentation, prototyping, and continuous improvement of AI capabilities aligned with enterprise energy use cases.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and clean coding practices.
Hands-on experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and deploying machine learning and deep learning models.
Practical knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and libraries for extracting insights from unstructured text data.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python), and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Experience working with cloud platforms and APIs, preferably in SaaS or data-intensive environments.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
Background in energy, industrial systems, or IoT analytics is an advantage.
