Role Description The Senior Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. This role involves leading interior design projects from concept to completion, including client consultations, design development, and presentation of design proposals. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, creating mood boards, selecting finishes and FF&E, coordinating with architects and contractors, and overseeing construction drawings and site execution. The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior designers, ensure design quality and consistency, maintain project timelines and budgets, and collaborate with vendors and suppliers to deliver cohesive, well-executed spaces.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills.
Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings.
Candidates should possess experience with FF&E selection, specification, and sourcing.
Candidates should possess proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and presentation software).
Candidates should possess excellent client communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Candidates should possess a portfolio demonstrating senior-level experience in residential, commercial, or retail interiors, preferably 5+ years in a similar role.
Candidates should possess a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
