Program Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Program Manager based in India.
This role sits within an Application and Infrastructure Security Program Management team, driving execution across critical global security initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and take ownership of program outcomes from planning through delivery. The position is designed for a proactive problem solver who can identify risks early and remove blockers before they impact progress. You will work with distributed teams across international time zones, creating clarity around priorities, timelines, and responsibilities. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational discipline will be essential to keeping stakeholders aligned. The role also offers an opportunity to improve processes, strengthen program execution, and contribute to high-impact security initiatives.
Accountabilities
Lead and structure critical cross-functional security programs, taking ownership of execution and outcomes.
Proactively identify project risks, process bottlenecks, dependencies, and potential blockers, taking action early to maintain momentum.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and execution across distributed international teams and time zones.
Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate effective collaboration to ensure projects remain aligned with objectives and schedules.
Ask thoughtful questions, validate assumptions, investigate details, and create clarity for key stakeholders.
Maintain clear and organized project plans, documentation, status reports, decisions, and stakeholder communications.
Track deliverables and hold cross-functional partners accountable for agreed actions and timelines.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and program management processes through collaboration and continuous learning.
Support teams in overcoming day-to-day challenges while maintaining a reliable and execution-focused approach.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in program management or a closely related field.
Foundational experience driving cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
Strong self-management skills, with the ability to take initiative, drive daily progress, and find answers independently.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities, including the ability to keep stakeholders aligned and document decisions clearly.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and dependencies.
Ability to adapt comfortably when priorities change while maintaining project momentum and a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate partners and help teams overcome blockers.
Good judgment, proactive planning, and a strong sense of personal accountability for delivering high-quality work.
Persistence and resilience when addressing challenges or unexpected obstacles.
Ability to work effectively with distributed, international teams across multiple time zones.
