Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis for the legal team.
• Assist in contract management and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with legal team members on complex projects.
• Provide recommendations based on legal research and analysis.
• Participate in the drafting and review of legal documents.
• Support legal investigations and disputes resolution.
• Monitor and report on regulatory changes impacting the firm.
• Contribute to financing activities and compliance with financing agreements.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in corporate legal matters
• Proficiencies in legal research, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance
• Must be a continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Corporate Counsel (CCC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) are a plus
