Role: Senior Cloud Security Engineer

Type: Payroll Contract role (6months. Possibility of extension to 12 months)

Mandatory skill requirement: AWS + Azure Cloud Security , Exp in Azure Sentinel, and VM & Patch management

Job Description
Skills and Experience
• hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS environments.
• Experience building, configuring, administering, or supporting cloud infrastructure.
• Experience assessing the operational impact of infrastructure and security configuration changes.
• Experience working with security scanning, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, infrastructure monitoring, and patch-management tools.
• Hands-on knowledge SentinelOne and NewRelic/ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus, or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of Windows or infrastructure event logs, alert configuration, and event-notification management.
• Experience with automated patching, vulnerability remediation, and patch-compliance processes.
• Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure and security issues.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of formal change-management, risk-management, and governance processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical issues and risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, organised, and able to take ownership of activities through to completion.
• Ability to work effectively with both offshore and onshore teams.
