• Under moderate supervision, supports the distribution of expenditures, encumbrances, receipts, and receivables according to schedules. Records accruals and prepayments, allocations and account entries
• Under moderate supervision, compiles and analyzes financial information, which includes preparation and entry of account entries to general ledger accounts, AP voucher preparation, and invoice preparation. Analyzes various types of financial information to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement. Ensures accuracy and robustness of the validated data to conduct analysis in the different tools used by the company
• Reconciles general ledger accounts under supervision. Ensures own activities are in compliance with the Company's accounting policies, procedures, standards and internal controls
• Assists in processing finance and accounting on non-routine activities; generates reports based on senior team members' requirement. Performs complex document research for internal auditors
