You will lead strategic programs that encourage employees to take initiative, connect their work to business priorities, and contribute ideas that improve the organization. The position combines program management, organizational development, executive communication, employee engagement, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with senior leaders, HR, Communications, Marketing, and business stakeholders to design and implement impactful initiatives across a global workforce. The role also includes leading engagement surveys, team effectiveness sessions, recognition programs, and leadership coaching.
