Information Technology Specialist

The Information Technology Specialist will manage and support IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, and endpoints used in global clinical supply chain operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring network performance, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, implementing security measures, and ensuring reliable connectivity for internal teams and project stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with operations and project management teams to maintain secure, compliant IT environments aligned with industry standards, as well as documenting IT processes and providing user support and training. The specialist will participate in IT improvements, assist with vendor coordination, and contribute to maintaining data integrity and system availability for clinical projects.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Information Technology, including system administration and infrastructure support.
Skills in Network Administration and Network Security to manage, monitor, and protect organizational networks.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
Customer Service skills to provide responsive, clear, and respectful support to internal users and stakeholders.
Experience with IT security best practices, data protection, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001 exposure is a plus).
Familiarity with clinical research or healthcare environments, or strong interest in learning domain-specific systems.
