Associate Graphic Designer

This role involves creating and adapting visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, presentations, social media graphics, and internal communications. The Associate Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, project management, and operations teams to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate complex concepts related to clinical development and supply chain solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing layouts, refining logos and icons, selecting appropriate typography, and preparing production-ready files. The role also includes maintaining a consistent visual identity across campaigns, supporting design requests from various stakeholders, and participating in feedback and revision cycles to improve design quality.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, including layout, color theory, and visual composition.
Ability to create and refine Logo Design and Branding elements that support a cohesive visual identity.
Proficiency in Typography and its application across digital and print materials.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
Portfolio demonstrating clean, professional design work and attention to detail.
Ability to translate technical or complex information into clear, engaging visual content.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
