Associate, Information Technology

This role involves monitoring and administering networks, providing first-level and escalated technical support, and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues for internal users. The Associate will assist with implementing and maintaining network security measures, including user access controls and basic security configurations, while supporting compliance with relevant standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to service requests, troubleshooting incidents, coordinating with external vendors as needed, and maintaining accurate documentation of systems, tickets, and procedures. The role also contributes to continuous improvement of IT processes, supports onboarding of new team members, and participates in IT-related projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Information Technology knowledge, including familiarity with common operating systems, business applications, and IT support tools.
Experience in SOPs writing, External audits and ISO certification.
Candidates should possess Network Administration skills, such as managing user accounts, monitoring network performance, and supporting basic configuration changes.
Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently and accurately.
Candidates should possess Network Security awareness, including basic understanding of firewalls, antivirus solutions, data protection practices, and access control.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide clear, respectful, and solution-focused support to internal stakeholders across remote locations.
Relevant skills and qualifications include strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a remote setting.
