About the Role: Transformation Architect, Client Experience
This pivotal role invites a seasoned consultant to step in and immediately assess, design, and establish a centralized work intake and capacity management framework for our client’s Client Experience team. You will be at the forefront of transforming how Site Marketing, SEO, A/B Testing, and Web/Email/App Execution teams operate, eliminating fragmented intake channels and consolidating demand into a single source of truth. Imagine the impact of establishing clear resourcing visibility, balancing strategic initiatives with agile “side hustle” projects, and defining robust trade-off mechanisms. You’ll leverage a builder’s mindset to introduce lightweight AI and automation, directly influencing operational excellence and strategic decision-making. What You’ll Do: Impactful Responsibilities
Lead the assessment and consolidation of existing intake and delivery workflows across marketing, site execution, and tech initiatives, auditing and eliminating fragmented channels to create unified processes.
Architect and implement a robust Monday.com solution for centralized work intake, prioritization, and portfolio tracking, including designing functional dashboards and automated routing to capture all incoming requests.
Develop and implement sophisticated FTE resourcing models and operational frameworks to enable data-driven decisions on capacity, project sizing, sequencing, and trade-offs for both planned and unplanned requests.
Design and facilitate recurring governance forums with cross-functional stakeholders, establishing clear decision rights, intake SLAs, and prioritization rules to systematically evaluate new requests and ensure strategic alignment.
Champion the adoption of the new operating model across client experience teams, providing comprehensive documentation, communication, and training to ensure seamless system maintenance and long-term success.
Pioneer the identification and piloting of lightweight AI and no-code/low-code automation opportunities, such as smart intake agents, to streamline administrative tasks, enhance decision-making, and provide practical recommendations for future implementation.
Must-Have Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Resource Management, Design Program Management (DPM), Digital Operations, PMO, or Operating Model Transformation within complex, fast-paced environments.
5+ years of hands-on experience implementing work management frameworks, capacity planning models, and cross-functional governance processes.
Advanced expertise configuring Monday.com, including boards, automation rules, resource workloads, and executive dashboards.
Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
Strong interest and practical understanding of lightweight AI tools, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop automations to streamline administrative tasks and decision-making.
Industry background in retail, e-commerce, or agency environments, with proven experience managing resourcing in fast-moving settings subject to market trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI).
