2D Concept Artist

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
Main challenge
Create polished 2D concept art assets and illustrations/splash screens that fit the visual direction of the game and support a consistent player experience. You will translate artistic requirements and feedback into production-ready assets while working within established visual styles, guidelines and project requirements.
What it means on a daily basis
•Create concept art for buildings , characters, vehicles and items, following the game's art direction and guidelines
•Create illustrations, splash screens and loading screens following the game's art direction and guidelines
•Adapt your work to different game styles while maintaining visual consistency and quality
•Collaborate with Artists, Animators, Designers and Developers to ensure assets are ready for integration into the game
•Review and implement feedback and revisions, while delivering work according to agreed requirements and timelines
•Research and present ideas for new assets and features, taking ownership of your work from concept to delivery
What success will look like
•High-quality, polished assets that elevate game ergonomics and overall player experience
•Smooth integration of the assets into the development pipeline without technical friction
•Proactive ownership of assigned tasks and steady creative adaptation to different game genres and graphic styles.
Who you would be working with
You will report to the Lead Artist, who will provide direction on your tasks, revisions, workflows, training and creative development. You will collaborate with another Artists, Animators, Designers, Developers, Producers and other members of the game team.

Where this role can take you
This position offers direct room to deepen your expertise in game art, master new tools, take on broader creative ownership within international projects, and progress towards Senior or even Lead Artist roles
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
•Previous professional experience as an Artist in the gaming industry
•A strong portfolio demonstrating art skills in general - concept art, hard surface design, illustrations and polished rendering techniques
•Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Blender or any other 3D software will be considered a plus
•Excellent communication, task ownership, and organizational skills
•Professional working proficiency in English

•You are comfortable receiving feedback, making revisions and collaborating with people from different disciplines
•You can organize your work, communicate clearly about your tasks and adapt your approach when project requirements or visual directions change
•You are interested in developing your skills and learning new tools and techniques as part of your work
