Role Overview:-
We are looking for a skilled and experienced ERPNext Python Developer with a strong understanding of ERPNext and the Frappe framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing ERP solutions tailored to client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:-
Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext modules using Python and Frappe framework
Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ERPNext
Design and implement new features, reports, and integrations
Customize forms, workflows, scripts, and dashboards in ERPNext
Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization of existing applications
Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems via APIs
Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance
Collaborate with functional consultants and cross-functional teams for successful project delivery
Provide technical documentation and user support during implementation and post-go-live
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
Strong experience in Python development (2–5 years)
Hands-on experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework
Good understanding of ERPNext modules (Accounts, HR, Purchase, Sales, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.)
Experience in REST APIs, integrations, and third-party tools
Knowledge of MariaDB/MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Familiarity with Git/version control systems
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Skills:-
Experience in ERP implementations (end-to-end lifecycle)
Exposure to cloud deployment and server management
Knowledge of business processes in manufacturing, finance, or supply chain
Experience working in client-facing roles
AI integration and automation in user workflow
Open source contributions
Soft Skills:-
