The role
We’re looking for software engineers with 3+ years of experience to join our team.
You’ll work across different products and problem spaces, building and shipping real systems end-to-end. The work can span backend services, APIs, frontend applications, AI-powered workflows, integrations, and internal systems.
This is a hands-on role with significant ownership. The scope and level of responsibility will vary based on your experience and capabilities, from owning individual features to driving larger technical areas.
You’ll work closely with the founder and the rest of the team, with room to make technical decisions and influence how things are built.
What will you own 🤔
Building and shipping production features and systems from requirements to deployment.
Developing backend services, APIs, and data models that hold up under real usage.
Building clean, functional frontend experiences.
Designing and integrating AI-powered capabilities into products and workflows.
Working across different products and problem spaces as priorities evolve.
Making thoughtful decisions around architecture, tooling, performance, and scope.
Debugging production issues and improving the reliability and scalability of systems.
Taking ownership of your work and driving it forward with minimal hand-holding.
What makes you a match? 😍
Strong experience with backend and frontend development (Node.js, Go, React, or equivalent technologies).
Solid understanding of system design: structuring services, managing state, handling failures, and building reliable systems.
Good understanding of database design and query optimization. You should be able to understand why a query is slow and how to improve it.
Comfort with modern, AI-native development tools and coding workflows.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make technical decisions.
Clear communication. You raise blockers early, communicate tradeoffs, and keep your work visible.
Ability to adapt to different products, technologies, and problem spaces based on your experience and capabilities.
Strong plus
Experience building production systems used by real customers.
Experience working in a startup or fast-moving engineering environment.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and observability.
Experience working with AI-powered applications or integrating AI into software systems.
