Junior Fullstack Developer (AI-Driven)

We are looking for a Junior Fullstack Developer, who wants to grow in a modern, AI-driven development environment.
This is not a traditional junior developer role. We are looking for someone passionate about Fullstack Development, but also genuinely curious about AI tools, automation and agentic workflows - someone who already uses AI naturally to learn faster, automate tasks and improve the way they build software.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using React and Next.js
Support the development of APIs and backend services with Node.js
Participate in the implementation of new features and improvements
Collaborate with product and design teams
Explore and integrate AI tools into development workflows
Support the creation of automations and AI - assisted solutions
Requirements
Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
Knowledge of React, Next.js, Node.js, REST APIs and databases
Strong motivation to learn and grow as a Fullstack Developer
Proven hands-on experience with AI projects (academic, personal or freelance)
Experience building or experimenting with AI agents, agentic workflows or AI-powered automations
Responsibility, teamwork, and proactivity
Nice to Have
Open to joining through a Professional Internship is a plus.
Experience using AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor or Claude
Familiarity with AI APIs and agent frameworks
Interest in prompt engineering and workflow optimization
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms or DevOps concepts
