🔎 We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager based in Budapest who combines strong delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and a passion for driving successful transformation outcomes.
Your Future Role:
Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business and technology functions.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive project governance, status reporting, and steering committee discussions.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP best practices.
Support change management and business adoption activities.
Identify and proactively mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure high-quality delivery while maintaining focus on business value and outcomes.
Requirements
4-6 years of proven experience managing SAP implementation or transformation projects.
Strong understanding of SAP ecosystems and enterprise business processes.
Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA projects, ideally including Public Cloud initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working within international and matrix organizations.
Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
Native Hungarian language skills and professional English proficiency are a must
