Arnita Consultants is looking for an experienced Lead Engineer to lead engineering activities across multiple projects or departments. The role involves providing technical leadership, overseeing utility engineering, reviewing critical designs and calculations, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee engineering activities across multiple projects or departments.
Manage utility engineering activities and technical deliverables.
Develop and implement engineering design standards and practices.
Review critical engineering calculations, designs, and technical documents.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams for effective project execution.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and senior engineering team members.
Support project delivery while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with applicable standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
8–12 years of relevant engineering experience.
Experience in pharmaceutical, API, FMCG, or industrial projects is preferred.
Skills:
Strong technical and leadership capabilities.
Good understanding of utility engineering and design practices.
Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Good communication and decision-making abilities.
Location:
Mumbai – Candidates based in Mumbai will be preferred.
