Architect (High-Rise Commercial & IT Parks)

Bose Tech Park Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified, proactive Architect with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or IT park developments. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently managing projects through the entire lifecycle—from initial concept development and statutory compliance through detailed working drawings and site execution.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Concept Development: Independently create architectural concepts, layout designs, detailed construction/working drawings, and interior fit-out details for project execution.
Fit-Out & Specialized Coordination: Review, identify, and coordinate fit-out requirements for high-rise commercial buildings, IT Parks, or Data Centres in alignment with NBC (National Building Code) and IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) guidelines.
Stakeholder & Consultant Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between internal teams, external architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, and project management teams.
3D Visualization: Develop 3D models, renderings, visual presentations, and walkthroughs as required for approvals and stakeholder alignment.
Statutory Compliance: Review architectural drawings and documentation to ensure adherence to KMC/local municipal bye-laws, NBC codes, and statutory safety standards.
Site Monitoring & Resolution: Conduct regular site visits to audit design implementation, ensure construction adheres to approved drawings, and resolve site-level design conflicts with consultants in a timely manner.
Quality Assurance: Ensure practical, high-quality, and structurally viable design solutions from initial drafting through project handover.
Qualifications & Key Skills
Education: B.Arch. degree from a recognized institute.
Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on high-rise residential/commercial buildings, IT infrastructure, or commercial fit-outs.
Software Proficiency: Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and standard 3D rendering tools (Revit/V-Ray/Lumion knowledge is a plus).
Code & Compliance Knowledge: Working familiarity with NBC, IGBC green building norms, and high-rise commercial statutory standards.
Key Attributes: Self-driven, strong inter-consultant coordination skills, acute attention to design accuracy, and ability to handle site execution challenges independently.
