Architect / Interior Designer / Urban Planner

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Anand, Imphal Or Guwahati. The Architect / Interior Designer / Urban Planner will develop design concepts, prepare drawings and presentations, and support project documentation across a range of building and urban design projects. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients and internal teams, coordinating design details, integrating technical and aesthetic requirements, and assisting in design reviews and iterations. The role also involves supporting project management activities such as scheduling, coordinating with consultants and vendors, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery. The individual will be expected to work both independently and in teams, maintaining clear communication and alignment with project goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools or workflows, such as coordinating digital models and integrating design data across platforms.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including task coordination, time management, and basic understanding of project scheduling and deliverables.
Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with presentation tools.
Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Planning, or a closely related field.
Ability to communicate design ideas clearly, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and engage professionally with clients and stakeholders.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles, local building codes, and urban development considerations is beneficial.
