Project Manager

Responsible for supervising the lab pack field team and is responsible for the safe and efficient packaging, handling, into Clean Earth/Veolia facilities. Ensures the teams consistently meet regulatory and safety compliance measures and operates in a productive and profitable manner in accordance with Clean Earth/Veolia policies, practices, and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Manages all aspects of the lab pack field team including hiring, training, development, and performance in accordance with HR policies and practices.
• Coordinate lab pack field projects as needed that may include high hazard services, HHW, or any business-related needs.
Acts as a technical resource for the team as well as customer service and sales.
• Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction, both internally and externally.
• Submits lab pack consolidation sheets to end disposal facilities for approval.
• Works with management team to implement, update, and develop standard work practices.
• Ensures appropriate paperwork is completed and data is entered correctly in system including manifest and land disposal restriction forms.
• Performs periodic audits and review of inbound containers and provides feedback to appropriate management group.
• Administers all Clean Earth Company policies and procedures, communicates to staff and when necessary, ensures compliance.
• Support sales department in the implementation of new accounts, presentation of services, response to inquiries and technical information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Associate College degree in area of General Science or equivalent experience
Two or more years of field management experience
Two or more years of experience in lab packing, segregating pharmaceutical waste, chemical service specialist or as a truck driver
Valid driver's license
