Per un nostro importante cliente internazionale, leader europeo nelle infrastrutture dei mercati finanziari e nella gestione dell'intera catena del valore dei capital markets, siamo alla ricerca di un Senior System Engineer / DevOps Engineer da inserire all'interno di un programma strategico di evoluzione dell'infrastruttura IT.
Progettare e sviluppare soluzioni di automazione per infrastrutture VMware, IBM PowerVM e sistemdi storage enterprise.
Realizzare workflow automatizzati e pipeline di provisioning e deployment
Evolvere l'infrastruttura di backup tramite Veeam Backup & Replication, implementando policy automatizzate, test di recovery e soluzioni di immutable backup.
Implementare piattaforme di monitoraggio avanzato, osservabilità e strumenti AIOps basati su AI/ML per il rilevamento proattivo delle anomalie.
Sviluppare e mantenere infrastrutture tramite Infrastructure as Code utilizzando Terraform, Ansible o strumenti equivalenti.
Progettare, ottimizzare e automatizzare pipeline CI/CD integrando i processi di sviluppo e operation
Analizzare performance, log e workload per individuare colli di bottiglia e migliorare affidabilità, resilienza ed efficienza operativa.
Collaborare con team infrastrutturali, sistemistici e di sviluppo per la definizione delle migliori pratiche DevOps.
Redigere documentazione tecnica e supportare il trasferimento di competenze verso i team interni.
Ottima conoscenza di VMware, in particolare vSphere, ESXi e vCenter
Solida esperienza con Veeam Backup & Replication
Buona conoscenza di soluzioni Storage Enterprise (SAN, NAS, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS)
Competenze di scripting con Python e/o Bash
Conoscenza di strumenti Infrastructure as Code, quali Terraform e Ansible o equivalenti
Familiarità con strumenti e processi CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
Conoscenza di soluzioni di monitoring e observability
Conoscenza della lingua inglese (minimo livello B2). Requisito indispensabile per poter collaborare in un contesto multinazionale
