Aconic Technologies is expanding our VMware Datacenter Migration practice and looking for experienced professionals to join our delivery team across two roles:
🏗️ VMware Infrastructure Architect
Experience: 12–14 years in large Datacenter migration project

🔹 Lead discovery, planning, and execution across large-scale datacenter migration engagement
s
🔹 Design and deploy migration solutions using VMware HCX, VMware Standalone Converter, and VMware Site Recovery Manage
r
🔹 Architect and deploy VMware Cloud Foundation and VMware-powered cloud environment
s
🔹 Design and deploy Aria Operations for Networ
k
🔹 Drive customer-facing and internal project calls, providing technical leadership and guidanc
e
🔹 Host command center, go/no-go, lessons-learnt, and tabletop meeting
s
🔹 Act as technical lead across migration engagements — independently or within a wider project tea
m
🔹 Build high- and low-level enterprise designs, drive VMware best practices, and mentor on solution architectur
e
🔹 Partner with pre-sales and architects to shape the delivery roadmap and consulting service offering

✅ Deep hands-on expertise across VMware Virtualization, Networking, Storage, Cloud, and Mobilit

✅ Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skill

✅ Proven ability to identify process gaps, manage risk, and take ownership of deliverable

✅ Preferred certifications: VCIX, VCAP, TOGAF, VCD

💼 Senior Consultant
Experience: 8–10 years in large Datacenter migration project

🔹 Drive customer-facing and internal project calls, providing technical guidanc
