Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network security infrastructure in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, network security, monitoring, and security incident troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain enterprise network security infrastructure.
Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network security solutions.
Manage firewall rules, NAT, access policies, security zones, and network segmentation.
Monitor network traffic and investigate security alerts and suspicious activity.
Troubleshoot complex network connectivity and security issues.
Support site-to-site and remote-access VPNs.
Perform firewall upgrades, patching, configuration changes, and maintenance.
Collaborate with Network, Cloud, Infrastructure, SOC, and DevOps teams.
Participate in security incident response and root-cause analysis.
Identify vulnerabilities and assist with remediation activities.
Maintain network security documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
Qualifications

Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Network Security=Strong hands-on experience with Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS.
Experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/Firepower, Check Point, or similar technologies.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and network segmentation.
Experience with IPSec and SSL VPN.
Knowledge of SSL/TLS, SSH, IPSec, and PKI.
Experience with network monitoring and packet-analysis tools.
Familiarity with SIEM and security monitoring.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
