Role: AI Technical Lead
Experience: 10-15 years
Location: PAN India
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Solution Design
Own the blueprint: Design end-to-end cloud & AI architectures across data, MLOps, GenAI and agentic orchestration layers.
Artefacts: Produce reference architectures, solution diagrams, ADRs and RTMs to a consulting-grade standard.
Advanced AI: Define patterns for model routing, execution caching, RAG, neuro-symbolic reasoning and federated orchestration.
Neutrality: Keep solutions platform-neutral – multi-framework, no single-vendor lock-in.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: MBA (Finance / Marketing). Must be full-time.
Experience: 10+ years in software / cloud architecture (incl. international delivery); 5+ years in a mid-level enterprise software presale, sales.
Cloud: Good Understanding of AWS and other CSP
AI platforms: Good understanding of AI, GenAI ecosystems.
Pre-sales: Track record of winning RFP / SOW solutioning and defending architectures in client-facing panels.
Domain: Have a good capability to adapt to new business domains, demonstrate willingness to learn and constantly challenge status quo
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Product incubation, GTM and market-strategy exposure for cloud / AI offerings.
Automation: Heritage in intelligent automation / RPA and advanced analytics.
Required Traits: Constantly challenge status quo, extremely curious and research oriented
