Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, driving revenue through the cross-selling of banking products including treasury, trade, and cash management solutions.
Acquire new-to-bank business clients through active prospecting and market networking.
Conduct comprehensive credit assessments, financial analysis, and prepare high-quality credit proposals.
Monitor portfolio risk actively, ensuring timely reviews and compliance with regulatory and internal bank policies.
Collaborate with internal product partners and stakeholders to deliver customized financial solutions to clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or commercial lending.
Strong understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and risk management principles.
Demonstrated track record in client acquisition and relationship building.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
