Responsibilities
Acquire new-to-bank customers and actively manage a portfolio of retail clients to grow the CASA (Current Account Savings Account) deposit base.
Identify and analyze clients' financial needs to recommend suitable consumer banking products and services.
Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and enhance client satisfaction.
Collaborate with branch partners and product specialists to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
Adhere to all regulatory standards, compliance guidelines, and internal bank policies during all customer interactions.
Participate in sales campaigns and marketing activities to drive portfolio growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field.
Prior experience in retail banking, customer relationship management, or financial sales.
Strong understanding of consumer banking products, particularly deposit and wealth management solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet performance targets in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
