Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients seeking gold loan products
Assist clients in understanding the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria for gold loan offerings
Conduct thorough assessments of client's financial needs and recommend appropriate gold loan solutions
Ensure accurate and timely processing of gold loan applications, including document verification and collateral evaluation
Maintain a strong understanding of the bank's gold loan policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless customer experience
Actively participate in sales and marketing initiatives to promote the bank's gold loan products
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients

Proficient in using relevant banking and financial software applications
