Join a multinational, multicultural team of experts supporting construction business across infrastructure, oil and gas, petrochemical, and power projects. This is your chance to develop your expertise, work alongside experienced colleagues, and build trusted relationships with clients and markets across the region.
What can you expect?
As part of the Regional Construction Practice, you’ll support client servicing, broking, and business development activities in a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will:
Assist with client portfolio management and day-to-day servicing
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision makers
Support the preparation of client deliverables, including briefing notes, placement documents, coverage summaries, and RFP responses
Contribute to client and prospect presentations and attend meetings to support business development
Assist in the design and placement of reinsurance programs for large and complex construction projects
Help gather, review, and compare reinsurance terms and coverage options
Liaise with reinsurers to negotiate terms and secure appropriate solutions for clients
Support timely and accurate processing of invoices, premium calculations, policy documentation, certificates, and related records
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes
Continue developing your technical knowledge and professional expertise

Deliver accurate, high-quality documentation and client materials
Communicate effectively with clients, reinsurers, and colleagues

Help maintain strong client relationships and support new business efforts
Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
Work collaboratively as part of a regional and global team
What do we look for?
A fresh graduate or a recent graduate.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Management or a relevant field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
High levels of organization, self-motivation, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel across the region when required
