Production Associate II - 1st Shift - $22.65/hr.

Work Flexibility: Onsite
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with overtime as needed by the business.
What You Will Do:
Prepare, assemble, rework, test, inspect, and verify electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products.
Follow work instructions, testing procedures, and manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and compliance.
Maintain responsibility for quality standards and accurate completion of production and documentation requirements.
Utilize computers and electronic systems to record production data, monitor processes, and access documentation.
Operate manufacturing equipment, perform work center setup and cleanup activities, and maintain organized workspaces using 6S principles.
Handle, transport, store, and inspect components and finished goods while supporting inventory and material flow requirements.
Meet production schedules, build rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs) while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Package products for shipment and support training and certification of team members as directed by leadership.

Manufacturing experience
Medical device experience
$22.65/hr. plus bonus eligible and benefits.
