Content Specialist, Training Content Creation

The Content Specialist will be responsible for creating high-quality, tailored training content to support luxury service standards across departments. This role focuses on developing eLearning modules, workbooks, and videos, as well as customizing PowerPoint presentations in collaboration with the training team. The Content Specialist also supports various copywriting needs, producing clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for training initiatives. The position requires a keen attention to detail and creativity in content delivery.
Job Responsibilities
· Develop department-specific eLearning content, including workbooks, video scripts, and related training materials.
· Collaborate with the training team to customize and format PowerPoint content that meets department needs and brand standards.
· Participate in the creation of the luxury service awareness campaign, contributing ideas and content to promote service excellence.
· Provide copywriting support across projects, ensuring that all content is clear, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
· Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Education, or in a related field.
· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or similar roles within hospitality or luxury industries.
Experience
· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or similar roles within hospitality or luxury industries.
· Proficiency in content creation tools, eLearning software, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
· Experience in video creation or editing is a plus.
· Be ready to work on weekends, public holidays
