Responsibilities:
Manage design quality activities (such as design review, buyoff, FMEA review etc.) for optical transceiver.
Collaborate with cross functional teams on potential failure or sample failures.
Participate in design review, Kaizen and failure analysis meeting
Maintain lesson learnt from both design phase and MP phase
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master degree in Electrical, Optical, Mechanical and Chemistry or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering/ R&D/ Product Engineerinng. Experience in optical/assembly/mechanical/electrical field is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of quality analysis methodologies such as FMEA, MSA, SPC etc. Certified Six sigma green belt or above is an advantage.
Knowledge of statistical analysis software such as excel, JMP, Minitab etc.
Excellent problem-solving skill with data driven conclusions.
Strong communication skill and work as a team member.
Experience of PCBA circuit design or Optical design is a plus
Able to communicate both written and verbally in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus.
