Role Objective:
To deliver a personalized and seamless in-store experience by assisting customers with skincare and haircare solutions, driving conversions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction at the Clinikally Experience Center.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-in customers to understand their skincare/haircare concerns and recommend suitable products/services
Provide basic product education and guide customers on usage, routines, and benefits
Assist in converting consultations into product/service sales
Coordinate with in-house dermatologists/experts for customer consultations when required
Ensure excellent customer experience and handle queries or concerns effectively
Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and product displays as per brand guidelines
Manage billing support and ensure accurate order processing
Track daily walk-ins, conversions, and sales performance
Support inventory management including stock checks and coordination for replenishment
Stay updated with product knowledge, new launches, and ongoing promotions
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in beauty, skincare, or retail sales (clinic/derma background is a plus)
Good understanding of skincare/haircare products and routines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-first mindset with a sales-oriented approach
Presentable and well-groomed personality
Basic knowledge of billing systems and CRM tools is preferred
