Role Description As a Human Resources Generalist at Clinikally, you will manage day-to-day HR operations and support the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit processes. You will administer HR policies, maintain HR documentation, and help ensure compliance with local labor regulations. The role involves handling employee relations issues, supporting engagement initiatives, and partnering with managers to address workforce needs. You will also assist in HR data management, reporting, and process improvements to enhance HR service quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting core HR functions.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including HR documentation, HRIS usage, and coordination of HR processes.
Ability to manage Employee Relations with professionalism, including conflict resolution, feedback handling, and employee engagement support.
Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, including development, communication, and consistent application of policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborating cross-functionally with business and clinical teams.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with HR software or HRIS platforms.
