Sr. Graphic Designer

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 4+ years of experience, specializing in UI/UX design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating visually compelling web banners, website UI, and user interfaces that deliver excellent user experiences. You will work closely with our development and marketing teams to create engaging designs for web projects and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop user-centric UI/UX for websites and web applications.
Create eye-catching web banners and digital marketing materials.
Collaborate with web developers to implement responsive and interactive designs.
Maintain and update websites using WordPress.
Utilize Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD (or equivalent) for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity mockups.
Ensure brand consistency across all projects and platforms.
Conduct design review and feedback calls with US Client (English fluency is required)
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on UI/UX.
Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD/Designer.
Strong understanding of WordPress for web design and maintenance.
Solid portfolio showcasing expertise in web banners, website UI, and user interface design.
Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and front-end development (basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in motion graphics or animation.
Familiarity with SEO principles and web performance optimization.
Knowledge of JavaScript or other front-end frameworks.
