Experience
3-7 years of experience in Market Research Data Processing Tabulation.
Hands-on expertise in Quantum, SPSS, weighting, coding, and data merging.
Experience managing 8-10 projects independently.
Exposure to Tracking, Segmentation, Copy Testing, and Concept Testing studies.

Manage multiple projects within timelines with minimal supervision.
Program surveys and ensure quality delivery using the FTR (First Time Right) approach.

Prepare project plans, timelines, and documentation.
Resolve issues proactively and maintain project quality standards.
Other Responsibilities (15%)
Attend training and follow organizational processes.
Manage programmatic platform updates.
Support invoicing and project closure activities.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
Postgraduate qualification in Market Research or Management preferred.
Additional Requirements
Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts and weekends.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Demonstrated critical thinking, adaptability, and accountability.
