Supporting four of Hilton's largest and most complex properties — Hilton Riverside, Hilton Chicago, Palmer House, and Hilton Midtown — this role will partner closely with hotel sales leadership, Hilton Worldwide Sales (HWS), internal stakeholders, and customers to analyze, negotiate, and optimize contracts.
This is not simply a contract-review role. We are looking for an industry leader and senior seller who knows how to lead a negotiation, navigate a complex organization, influence stakeholders, and coach sales teams through challenging contracting situations.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a senior commercial leader with hotel sales and contracting experience who understands that successful negotiations require both business acumen and relationship management.
The ideal candidate is:
A Senior Seller and industry leader with significant experience negotiating complex hotel group contracts.
An analytical thinker who can quickly understand the business implications of contractual terms.
A skilled negotiator who is comfortable leading conversations with sophisticated customers and senior internal stakeholders.
An influential communicator who can navigate Hilton's matrix and bring the right people together to reach a solution.
A strategic problem solver who looks beyond individual clauses to understand the overall business opportunity.
A coach who can elevate the contracting and negotiation capabilities of sales teams.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure around a brand-new function.
Able to balance customer advocacy with Hilton's commercial interests.
Confident making recommendations and leading conversations rather than simply identifying problems.

Strategic Contract Optimization
Serve as a strategic resource and second set of eyes for complex, high-value, and high-profile group contracts.
Analyze contracts holistically, identifying potential risks, opportunities, and areas requiring strategic negotiation.
Evaluate unique or non-standard clauses and develop solutions that support both the customer relationship and Hilton's commercial objectives.
Partner with sellers to move complex contracts forward and help get business across the goal line.
Identify trends and recurring contracting challenges and develop strategies to address them proactively.
Balance customer expectations, hotel objectives, Hilton standards, and commercial priorities throughout the negotiation process.
