Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Influencer Marketing Specialist. The role involves identifying and onboarding relevant creators and student influencers, managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, and coordinating closely with content, social media, and brand partnerships teams. The specialist will build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, negotiate deliverables and compensation, and ensure campaigns align with Under25’s youth-first positioning. Daily tasks include campaign planning, briefing influencers, tracking performance metrics, optimizing content based on insights, and preparing reports and case studies for internal and external stakeholders. The role also includes staying updated on Gen Z trends, platform updates, and youth culture to inform strategy and drive authentic engagement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong influencer and creator management skills, including outreach, relationship building, and negotiation with influencers and talent agencies.
Candidates should possess skills in campaign planning and execution, including briefing, content calendar management, and coordination across multiple digital platforms.
Candidates should possess social media and digital marketing skills, such as understanding platform algorithms, audience growth strategies, and performance optimization.
Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to track metrics, interpret data, and present campaign results and insights clearly.
Candidates should possess collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with content, brand, and community teams and communicate effectively with youth audiences.
Experience working with Gen Z communities, campus networks, or youth-focused brands is highly beneficial.
Knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.) and influencer marketing tools or CRM systems is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
