Role Overview
As a Process Manager, you will identify, design, and implement transformation initiatives across Digital Business Operations. You will partner with operations leaders to improve business performance through automation, process optimization, and AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify automation, process improvement, and digital transformation opportunities.
Develop solutions using Python, AI, and automation technologies.
Lead projects from ideation through implementation and value realization.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles.
Present recommendations, project updates, and business impact to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Python and process automation.
Hands-on exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.
Ability to translate business challenges into scalable automation and AI solutions.
Understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC/DMADV).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
