Required Skills
Strong, proven project management fundamentals are the top priority, formal Epic certification is not required.
Experience managing projects across multiple concurrent workstreams or modules at once, rather than a single dedicated project.
Prior experience with an Epic modernization or refuel initiative is strongly preferred over net-new install experience only.
Ability to proactively identify, manage, and escalate project risks.
Experience coordinating with technical and operational stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a fully remote capacity with a distributed project team.
THIS TEAM IS THE MOST VISIBLE OF ALL THE WORKSTREAMS and they will be looking to these PM's for Direction, Guidance and DRIVING THE PROJECT!
Desired Skills
General familiarity with Epic and how it's built is a plus, but candidates will not be expected to document builds directly.
Experience with Orders, ClinDoc, and ASAP modules.
Any experience with Bugsy-related projects is a valuable plus.
Day To Day Responsibilities
Manage projects across Orders, ClinDoc, and ASAP workstreams with shifting priorities.
Schedule meetings and maintain project momentum.
Develop and maintain weekly project status reports.
Maintain project information within the client's Avanti system.
Monitor Orion task tracking activities and project progress.
Coordinate with IT contacts, operational leaders, and application managers.
Escalate project risks and mitigation plans to leadership.
