Title: Regional Manager
Division: Channel Business Group (CBG)
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: National Sales Head (NSH)
Team Size: 9 (4 Direct)
About Role:
Drive the Annual Business Plan (ABP) for Order Booking & Sales for the entire West 1 Region (Mumbai, Goa, Gujarat)
Drive the market share for products and share specific market inputs to achieve the desired outcomes
Strategic Sales Planning - Create and implement strategies for effective key account management and driving new initiatives to build a strong sales pipeline
Deliver the right product order booking and revenue mix for the region leveraging the strong channel partner network
Develop new customer base for the region & grow the share within existing customers
Business Development at Regional Level
Channel Strategy - Building sustainable channel ecosystem, driving effective and meaningful discussions around balance score card & channel expansion
People Management - Develop and coach the team to ensure a sense of ownership within the team, establish self as a strategic leader
Desired Experience: 13 to 16 Years, preferably in channel sales
Desired Qualification: BE/B.Tech
