We love great coffee. That’s why we’re building an alternative coffee industry that actually works. For both farmers and consumers.
How? By working directly with farmer groups around the world. We set up transparent, traceable export lines, roast the beans ourselves and sell the coffee straight to customers. So no unnecessary middlemen or resellers. Those short supply chains make sure farmers always get a good price.
You’ll find us in 24 (and counting) bars across the Netherlands, and online through our own platform. For customers, that means freshly roasted specialty coffee that’s easy to access, relatively affordable and just seriously delicious.

Your role
The search is on for 2 new stellar baristas for 4 of our locations in the Hague ! We are looking for you if you thrive working alongside a team and deliver the best possible coffee experience ! You will support and work closely together with the specialty coffee bar managers & our product team to bring Wakuli's promise of accessible specialty coffee to the streets. You are a proven people-person who takes pride in giving amazing service experiences and thoroughly enjoys connecting to the neighbourhood. You are customer-centric and believe in impact products with flawless execution, making every effort to give your customers exactly what they need. You excel in fast-paced environments and enjoy an inclusive, collaborative workplace, where your voice genuinely counts. And you love coffee, want to learn everything there is to know, and will craft the best coffee drinks any first-time local as well as long-time Wakuli fan !
