Account Manager (Life Cycle Management / LCM)

As Account Coordinator, you take over as soon as a new product moves into the LCM (Life Cycle Management) phase, meaning serial production. You’re already looped in during New Product Introduction, so you know the customer from day one, and from that point on you’re the single point of contact for complaints, non-conformities, changes and everything in between. You’re based on-site in Duizel or Best; part-time is negotiable. Our culture is hands-on and ambitious: real ownership, short lines and a sharp focus on getting things done.
What you’ll do
LCM (Life Cycle Management) is the serial production phase where a customer relationship lives day to day, and you’re the spider in the web who keeps it running. You:
are the primary point of contact for relationship management and customer satisfaction, staying in proactive contact by phone, on-site and through periodic reviews
pick up orders handed over by Business Development and follow them through
handle aftersales and complaint management, staying honest with the customer even when the answer isn’t what they want to hear
monitor account performance: revenue, margin, delivery reliability and satisfaction
identify and develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities within our product groups
report customer performance and improvement actions to the Commercial Manager, without dressing up the numbers, and make sure every request gets routed to the right person and followed through, without needing sign-off

Nice to have
Experience with SAP and/or PLM, or the ability to quickly find your way around them
