Sales - Internship

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will join the early revenue growth efforts of a B2B energy software company and will work closely with the founders to accelerate outbound sales across Europe. This on-site internship sits within the sales organization and focuses on building and testing approaches to engage enterprise buyers in the DACH region and beyond.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop direct lines to C level decision makers and own parts of the outbound pipeline
- Execute high impact cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach
- Collaborate with founders to test pitch angles and messaging
- Track outbound activity, learn what resonates with buyers, and iterate quickly
- Represent the company in a fast paced, early stage environment
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong German and fluent English communication skills
- Interest or experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales or a high drive to master it
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, ownership driven mindset
- Willingness to work on-site in Berlin, Hamburg, or Kiel
- Experience with modern outbound tooling or exposure to energy markets is a plus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: EUR 24,000, EUR 26,000 annually. Performance based bonus eligibility. Visa sponsorship: not available.
LOCATION
On-site in Berlin, Germany, with eligible locations in Hamburg or Kiel. Primary location: Berlin, Berlin.
