Senior Performance Marketer Google Ads

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a fast growing AI powered SaaS startup as a Senior Performance Marketer focusing on Google Ads. You will own international paid acquisition, work with a cross functional team, and drive measurable growth through structured testing and data driven optimization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple markets.
- Own large monthly ad budgets with a performance driven mindset.
- Manage tracking and conversion setup using tools such as Tag Manager and Search Console, including offline uploads.
- Design and run systematic tests of new campaign structures and landing pages.
- Extract learnings from experiments, iterate quickly, and deliver measurable impact.
- Scale campaigns internationally while adapting to different market dynamics.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team and Go to Market managers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience running international Google Ads campaigns and adapting to market differences.
- Experience managing large ad budgets, with a track record of scaling efforts month over month.
- Strong analytical, structured, and performance driven mindset with a bias for testing and iteration.
- Hands on experience with tracking and attribution tools such as Google Tag Manager and Search Console, plus offline conversions.
- Excellent professional English communication; German language skills are a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: 65,000 to 100,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship available: no.
LOCATION
Work arrangement: on-site. Primary location is Vienna, Vienna, Austria.
